   Oh this is an easy one.   
      
   Just look in the browser's history. If this is not possible just put a   
   network tap driver on the computer. Then any traffic to the said   
   hotmail login will be caught.   
      
   Disable outbound port 443 if you can, so that he does not log into the   
   secure site which is harder to log.   
      
   But c'mon! Every red blodded man builds fake relationships with chicks   
   online to get their webcam vids, it's like a trophy. Don't take it   
   personally, it's just a male thing we like to do.
