   I rang up a person at this business, I had a few questions and I also told   
   him politely that a feature doesn't work at his website.

   It was constructive feedback about a feature, he said, "Ohh you must be the   
   only one who has this problem!" yeah right, rubbish. Anyway the guy abuses   
   me on the phone and sends me out some dud parts that didn't work as well   
   that I had already ordered!   
      
   His attitude was unbelievable, some people think that their customers should   
   some how worship them as if they are doing us a favour!  Actually, we are   
   helping them by giving them sales and they have NO friggen idea what   
   customer service actually is at all. I was absolutely amazed at this   
   person's response and actions.   
      
   If any one wants to send them a message of complaint then be my guest!
