        I would have to say if you are serious and not just trolling that it   
   would depend on a couple of things:   
      
   1) How much money you have that you are willing to spend to achieve the   
   objective.   
      
   2) How many people you have that are willing to risk a jail term or if   
   convicted of treason and terrorism a death sentence.   
      
   3) How long until you can muster 1 and 2 above   
      
   4) The time frame in which you would expect completion   
      
   5)  After achieving the primary objective (stopping anyone from using the   
   internet  *taking the whole thang down*) how long would it have to be down   
   to satisfy the primary objective.   
      
   6) Whether you consider a temporary close of the internet or a permanent   
   close as being successful completion of the objective   
      
   7) If need be would taking another's life and or property be something you   
   would consider if it was required to achieve the objective   
      
   8) Would you be willing to *personally* help in the accomplishment of the   
   objective   
      
   9) Would you be willing to take responsibility for the accomplishment of the   
   objective   
      
   10) Finally and more to the point, WHY?
