If you are not even willing to spend any of your own money, I would not
consider you to be serious about it, there for the other points are moot.
Would you be willing to for instance rob banks to fund the opperation? or
sell everything you own to fund it?

When someone takes the point in their mind that they *can't* be caught is
   when they most easily are

Lots of time to use on the project is good as is donuts durring the
planning phase; however is as I stated in #1 above if you are not willing to
spend *any* of your own money then your willingness to do what is needed to
acomplish the goal is in doubt.

I would think that taking down a usefull tool just for shitz and giggles not
   to be worth my time

You either misread my point or just don't get it, iow, if needed to achieve
the goal would you be willing to take a life or give yours? As a for
instance = You need access to a server farm as an entry point to achieve the
goal, the server farm is guarded by a flesh and blood guard, so would you be
willing if it came down to it, to take the guard out by way of taking his
life if he resested to the point of death?
