The "Hackers Toolkit version 2.0" has a lot of the "old school" stuff in
it. It has some decent texts here and there, and some older versions of
useful programs. A lot of the "old school" on it doesn't work because
of older VB Runtime libraries required or system updates, and most
importantly because windows and unix have evolved so much security-wise
   since this was made.

I'm sure you can find an iso or a copy of the disc laying around the
net. And yes, the toolkit has several rainbow books in it.
