   lol some of them are really incompetent, here in germany we had the   
   leaders of the internet crime whatever force in the company i work for.   
   They talked about the protection of childs in the internet. But the same   
   people are responsible for resolving internet crimes like spammming and   
   so on. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT! They where shocked if we showed them, that   
   their IP Adress is shown in our logfiles and the hostname clearly shows   
   their office! I think you could tell them nearly everything and they   
   will believe you, because they donīt even understand what you mean by IP   
   Spoofing or something like this.
