   Maybe it's not a proxy. Maybe it's just a Belgian user who signed up for a   
   .uk email. If they were using a proxy so you'd think they were in London, it   
   would make sense to use a London proxy.   
      
   However, since you obviously don't trust this person, make sure you get paid   
   in cash, up front.
