   There is, as far as I know, no remailer operator by that name.   
      
   It's possible that there is someone by that name who uses remailers.  That   
   doesn't mean that the remailer operators endorse anything he might   
   do....any more than every Road Runner user shares liability for what you   
   might post.   
      
   APAS is a group centered around the technical aspects of operating a   
   remailer.  If you feel someone is abusing you via a remailer, the first   
   step would be to contact the administrator of that particular remailer   
   PRIVATELY.  We can block your e-mail address so that you can no longer   
   receive e-mails from that particular remailer.  If your problem is with   
   someone on a usenet group, you should be able to use your news reader's   
   kill file feature.
