   I discovered that the switches for Concord Telephone Exchange Inc. in Farragut   
   Tn. were ATT/Philp Tel5ess-PBX Host. What is that?Is it 5ESS mixed with PBX?   
   What is that off hook tone Called? It was a steady Medium pitch sound. I   
   though the off hook tone    
   for PBX changes pitches. The off hook tone did wind up and stayed at a medium   
   pitch sound that went like a horn at the Concord Telephone Exchange Inc. in   
   Farragut Tn. What kind of off hook tone is that?
