   I suggest you lean how to hide first. Learn to use a VPN or tor. There are   
   many ways to hack   
   websites such as XSS (Cross Site Scripting) RFI or LFI. Scripted websites with   
   an sql backend   
   are notoriously vulnerable to xss and inclusing hacks.
