   I just uploaded version 1.1 in .epub and .pdf  I notice pandoc was not doing a   
   good job on the conversion from my original format (markdown) to .pdf so   
   changed   
   some settings today, and got a better ( I think format) so if you did purchased   
   the book, go and download the new version that has some errata fixes as well.   
   and PLEASE let me know if I missed more issues.
