   Naturally, a dictatorship or even a monarchy is certainly more efficient   
   that rule by a committee. Also it's certainly more attractive to the   
   dictator or monarch as well.   
      
   How, what the self proclaimed Constitutional scholar Obama seems to have   
   forgotten is that the US federal government was NOT designed to be   
   controlled by the President, but rather by an interlocking set of check and   
   balances between all 3 branches.
