According to legal action filed in DFW (Texas) ordnances prohibiting walking
in the street are a violation of the Constitution. BTW the legal action
was brought by the folk who are demonstrating for open carry. Local arrest
in DFW were vacated and LEO are under court order to leave the protesters.
