   No wonder the cops are "racists". If 60-70% of the criminals they have   
   to deal with on a day by day basis are made up of 5% of our   
   population..its certainly not surprising that they start thinking   
   blacks are a bad thing.   
      
   If one is a dog catcher..and is constantly picking up pit bulls from   
   homes and streets and having to deal with the carnage they have made   
   of people and other pets....and decides pit bulls are "Bad".....Id   
   have to say that was an honest and accurate summation of fact.
