Which is pretty much exactly what is happening under Obamacare. Most
Millennials are opting out entirely and/or buying Non-Obamacare coverage
that actually covers just themselves and not paying for a bunch of
freeloaders riding on their policy. After all, there is zero benefit to them
to obtain Obamacare coverage. The deductibles are almost certainly more than
it would simply cost them to cover all but the most extreme medical care,
and if that's a concern they can buy specific policies which don't qualify
for Obamacare to cover them against that condition for far less than a
similar policy under Obamacare. Plus they can actually USE that policy
whenever and wherever they need it rather than it being limited to a very
limited selection of providers in the immediate area of their residence.

And thus for those actually paying for Obamacare, their premiums are up,
their co-pays are much higher and their deductable and out of pocket
expenses are out of sight...all while limiting access to doctors, hospitals,
and care anywhere but at home.
