   OMG a regulation that would require a serial number on a homemade gun!  After   
   all we don't need to worry about trivial matters like gun trafficking.  And a   
   regulation that would help to ensure people churning out homemade guns are   
   creating something that    
   won't blow up in someone's face or violate federal weapons laws (homemade   
   machine guns anyone?).  Parish the thought that homemade gun manufacturers be   
   held to some accountability standards.
