   Good.  This does not violate the second amendment.  Since you 2nd amendment   
   supporters talk about the Founder's intent, remember back then there were only   
   muskets and flint-lock pistols.  I am all in favor of people having them if   
   they want.  Since semi-   
   automatic weapons were not around, we cannot prove that the founders would not   
   have wanted them banned.  Except of course that the founders, were very   
   concerned about unregulated militias starting revolutions and causing chaos   
   and crime.
