   It's immoral to NOT abort in the first Trimester, before there is neither a   
   brain,   
   nor a ghost, in the fetus.  It is immoral to not use 2 or 3 disparate   
   concurrent   
   types of birth control.  Sex is a positively holy, religious activity which   
   should   
   not be condemned in any way, for any age; but unsafe sex is immoral.  90% of   
   abortions are committed in the first Trimester anyway.   
      
   For the record, a toddler is mentally incompetent, and can't consent.  You   
   can't   
   have sex with an non-willful prisoner of any age, and we fully condemn child   
   abuse.   
      
   Other than that, a child's right to sexuality is as sacrosanct as a child's   
   right   
   to church.  Our children shouldn't grow up prisoners; but guardian/ward =   
   warden/ward = abuser/abused, and that is tyranny like the oppression of   
   slavery.   
   This is capital evil upon the face of our land, stealing a significant portion   
   of   
   someone's life.  Ageism is a crime, but we should be reasonable, for instance   
   not   
   throwing adults and minors in prison together.

   Water, Power, and Parks.   
      
   We want infinite Water, Power, and Bandwidth, but the Power will require some   
   cold   
   fusion, like ability to get energy out of any element.  As a log is burned into   
   light, Einstein taught us matter is energy, energy is matter.  Almost all the   
   elements of the periodic table are metals.  You can make energy out of any of   
   them. Google/Facebook/Microsoft/Apple with the military need to put up   
   satellites   
   to give us planet wide anonymous infinite bandwidth anyone can use freely.   
      
   Business can't get done, while you worry about something like how much water   
   you   
   use.  Farms are business.  The Federal Government is in charge of the   
   Commercial/Farm Water Authority, while the States are in charge of the drinking   
   water, and there is run off from Federal to State.  We need Hoover Dam like   
   projects, and make the Indians happy.  And have hydroelectric power.
