   Threats   
      
   Looking at true extortion, true coercion, menacing.  This analytical point,   
   that I   
   have power, you have power, if it was real it would be done already, if I was   
   going to kill you, I'd never tell you, shouldn't be lost on anybody, what is   
   that.   
      
   Using lies to precipitate erroneous government action is not legal.  The   
   analytical point that everybody has power is real, so, how is anybody arresting   
   anybody, anyway?   
      
   The government has no point to anybody, and mutually assured destruction is the   
   end of war.  It merely has more power than others, temporarily, but everyone   
   can   
   kill more people than themselves.
