   But the tracks are not open, and you cannot get a vaccine against your parent's   
   will, if you are under 18?   
      
   60%-75% of the High School and College tracks in America are closed for NO.    
   GOOD.   
     REASON.  These are public schools!   
      
   Private Schools, should let their tracks and courts to the public use, when   
   not in   
   use by an entity sponsored event.  Some like USC even do to some degree!
