   Tell Finland and Sweden to stand down.  It's a wonder Estonia, Latvia, and   
   Lithuania are in NATO at all.  NATO is about a balance of power, not about   
   threatening your neighbor.  A buffer zone between the two superpowers is a   
   good thing.
