   Then what? Are they just go to stand there forever? They cannot   
   just disappear people. To do anything with the protestors, they   
   have to go on trial. Because of the Bill of Rights, trials have   
   to be in Los Angeles and juries from Los Angeles. That means   
   possible acquittals in all trials.
