   Pulling a Nancy Pelosi trick on Gavin Newsom's proposed 28th amendment.   
      
   Whatever he proposes, we'll scoop it out and replace the guts with the   
   text below, just like they did the military housing bill to pass Obama   
   care.   
      
   Any politician or government employee demanding, recommending limits   
   thereto, or revocation of rights thereof, the 2nd Amendment of the United   
   States Constitution, is subject to immediate execution by any citizen   
   witnessing this act of treason.   
      
   Any and all citizens are empowered to carry out this sentence without   
   trial or judgement.   
      
   Any law enforcment agencies, and members thereof, specifically   
   including the FBI until it is disenfranchised and dechartered, in   
   violation of this amendment are subject to the same penalty.
