   mine.  I killed you and wanted to and decided to.

   I'm provide drugs which are extremely pleasurable and which can be   
   provided by the government under production controls, clinical purity,   
   under controlled conditions - but they choose not to provide them   
   thus, they prosecute and withhold.   
      
   Junkies die like swatted flies.  Those lives are on the government.   
      
   I provide these drugs, the recipients *decide* to seek them out, buy   
   them and use them.  Those three decisions are by the "victim".  The   
   only decision I, the dealer, makes is - to provide the drug for a   
   price.   
      
   And according to you, I get the DP?
