   After the resurrection of Jesus, He did   
   not show Himself to any except to His   
   followers; yet powerful testimony of   
   His resurrection was given by those that   
   you mention above. They were raised   
   with Christ and "appeared unto many"   
   Matthew 27:53 declaring that Jesus had   
   indeed been resurected, and 'we are   
   risen with Him'.
