   RIYADH, 1 July 2003 — A Pakistani man convicted of drug trafficking was   
   executed in Jeddah yesterday. Hekmat Shah Ahmad was caught   
   smuggling “a quantity of heroin” into the Kingdom, said an Interior Ministry
