   No, he didn't.  No person named 'William Robert' transited through   
   Charles de Gaulle airport over the past six months.  One 'Wilhelm   
   Robert' arrived in France on 24 February 2003, but he came from JFK   
   airport in New York, and is an Austrian citizen.  One 'William James'   
   arrived on 1 June 2003, and although he is a US citizen, his departure   
   airport was Meigs, Chicago.   
      
   In short, billynodick was not in France.  And that's official.
