      XPost: alt.war.civil.usa, alt.fan.rush-limbaugh, mi.news       XPost: talk.politics.guns, sac.politics       From: fire@biden.now              CANTON, MI – A Michigan father is dead and his alleged killer is charged       with murder after a deadly neighborhood dispute over the weekend.              Devereaux Christopher Johnson, 47, of Canton, is accused in the murder of       Nathan Morris, 35, of Canton, the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office announced.              Morris and his family were out for a walk Saturday morning in their Canton       Township neighborhood when his daughter touched the defendant’s mulch,       according to a statement from Republican National Committee committeewoman       Hima Kolanagireddy.              RELATED: Michigan man fatally shot after daughter touched neighbor’s mulch,       officials say              The defendant allegedly produced a gun and began threatening the family,       according to the RNC statement. Morris sent his family home, saying he would       try to diffuse the situation.              Around 11:48 a.m., police responded to the 250 block of Cornell Street for a       reported shooting, according to the prosecutor’s office. Morris was found in       the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a       local hospital where        he was pronounced dead.              RELATED: Man barricades himself in Canton home after fatally shooting       35-year-old              It is alleged that the defendant initiated an argument when he saw Morris       walking down the street, the prosecutor’s office said. The defendant       allegedly produced and fired a handgun multiple times, fatally wounding       Morris, who was unarmed.              Johnson is charged with first-degree murder, felon in possession of a firearm,       and two counts of felony firearm.
