   The prisoner will spend the rest of their life locked away in a cell where   
   they will be forgotten about until death.   
      
   There is no lesson for society in this case because they do not have to   
   witness the results of the punishment.   
      
   Society should be forced to watch prisoners get beaten, raped, robbed, and   
   denied appeal after appeal before eventually entering insanity.   
      
   There is no further lesson to be learned from insanity.   
      
   In this case the prisoner should simply be killed and used for fertilizer   
   in the prison gardens.
