   and overstaying.  They take jobs and social resources from US citizens   
   at the expense of the taxpayers.   
      
   Anyone engaged in, encouraging, or enabling this type of conduct should   
   be executed without trial.  No mercy.   
      
   Don't pass laws that won't be enforced, don't complain when they are.
