   Shocking footage show masked ICE agents brutally 'break 67-year-old US   
   citizen's ribs'

   Video captured the moment ICE agents pulled a 67-year-old man from his   
   car and pinned him to the ground during an immigration enforcement   
   operation in Chicago.   
      
   The immigration enforcement operation occurred on Saturday during a   
   children’s Halloween parade in a Chicago neighborhood, according to   
   residents.   
      
   The man’s running club, DWRunning Racing Team, posted a social media   
   statement detailing his harrowing experience.   
      
   The unnamed man, whom the club identified as a U.S. citizen, was driving   
   home after a run when border patrol officers dragged him out of his car.   
   He was driving home after a morning run when he turned a corner in the   
   city’s Old Irving Park neighborhood and discovered that Border Patrol   
   agents blocked off the road leading to his home, the statement read.   
      
   The man was reportedly dragged out of the car and thrown to the ground   
   shortly after agents “threatened to break his window,” if he didn’t move   
   his car, the club said.   
      
   Video footage posted by the club shows the runner on the ground   
   breathlessly saying, “I’ll move my … get off of me,” as agents kneeled on   
   his back while cuffing him. Onlookers screamed, “Get off of him,” and   
   “You’re f—ing suffocating him!” at the agents while filming the incident.   
      
   The man suffered six broken ribs, which caused internal bleeding during   
   the detainment, the club claimed.
