   $$ You can be sure they NEVER gave a dime to any JW in desperate need.  In   
   fact until it became public knowledge in the 1950s that they forced the aged   
   workers OUT of Bethel in Bklyn, and into the streets, they didn't do   
   ANYTHING at all for them either - after a lifetime of near slavery for the   
   Watchtower Corp.  The WTS felt these old people's families should take them   
   in once they were too old and sick to be a benefit to the WTS anymore.  Like   
   old unwanted animals they were forced out with no pensions, no health   
   insurance - NOTHING!!!!  It all came to light when some of these old people   
   were found sleeping in a park near the Watchtower buildings in Brooklyn.   
   They had no relatives to take them in, no savings, and no where to go.  Some   
   were ailing.  When questioned the WTS said they were not an "old folks   
   home."   Can you believe it?  And they have the gall to call themselves   
   god's only organization, Jesus' one flock.
