   Actually many cities are doing just that. In the city of Camden, adults are   
   being removed from the welfare system after a limit amount of years.  it sad   
   to say, that some adults do need it, beside their medical problems. It   
   doesnt matter if they have minors in the home. A study proved that funds are   
   being misused and children  do not benefit. Other strageties are being used.   
   It has also been proven that responsible parents will do whatever is   
   necessary to support thier children.   
   these parent do get help.   
      
   beside what is wrong with sterilizing irresponsible teens?   
      
   you are the ones that have said that female teenagers should have sex with   
   whoever they want to, when ever they want to.. is their body.. right. Fine   
   with me.. why should i support them with my taxes?.. that my personal   
   opinion not a jw ideology..   
      
   You alleged to help kill..uh.. put to sleep abandoned animals, and agree   
   that animal should be neutered and spayed so puppies and kittens don't   
   suffer when they are abandoned in the street. same should be done with   
   useless irresponsible teens
