   that is correct. The WatchTower is a legal entity and it is labeled as a   
   charity as well. So goes the laws in the USA. however you can bring it up   
   with the State dept if you wish.

   If it cost nothing, then why does not goverment do it. in america, the   
   goverment is the people. So why is it that people in this country allow   
   others to be homeless?
