       No one could know that, nor could they have obtained any evidence of it.   
   The   
   "best" anyone could do would be to make a guess about it, and then put faith in   
   their guess being correct. From there they would try to justify their guess and   
   pretend that it somehow could be more than a guess, and deny that their faith   
   in   
   it being correct is the faith that it is.
