   Quantum mechanics operates within the bounds of nature. No doubt you   
   would have pooh-pooh'd the weirdness of mainstream contemporary science   
   in the same way before it became mainstream contemporary science.   
      
   And don't come back with some comment about the evidence for QM, you'll
