   Personally, I think life works out if you have book or a video or album which   
   you use as a touchstone for life.   
      
   You go back to it time and time again, believe in its message in some way, and   
   keep faith with it.   
      
   It might be a religious book or a fiction book or a reference book or a CD or   
   video on youtube or something which you   
      
   find yourself agreeing with.  A touchstone which you keep faith with, which I   
   think builds stability in life.  Being   
      
   loyal to a touchstone is recommended by me.  It expresses a constant in your   
   life, and when you have constants   
      
   in life I feel it works a bit better.
