   WN can fly anywhere from HOUSTON  NOW.  It's DALLAS (DAL) (NOT DFW) that's   
   the subject of the "Wrong Ammendment" - sort of like the Alaska requirement   
   to build a natural gas pipeline thru Alaska (by legislation) rather than   
   taking a route that would cost 1/3 as much (by going thru Canada, eh!)
