   ....and that there are small segments of the commercial world which exist   
   and prospper because of time and distance factors.   
      
   Last week, we spent the night at a small hotel, clean, attractive, well-   
   managed, excellent and physically appealing "Continental" breakfast, on the   
   fringe of MPX, which survives and seems to thrive because of AM   
   international departures, which encourage travelers toward a   
   convenient short shuttle to offset the early arrival required to   
   insure clearing security, rates slightly lower than comparable rooms in   
   Milan, etc..  The Cervo might not exist and certainly would be less   
   thriving (and its staff might have to be elsewhere absorbed into the   
   workforce) except for the conditions created by a lot of morning seats out   
   of MPX.
