   I don't think it is that difficult to find posts about bad experiences,   
     either real or imagined, about any major airline.  But getting back to   
   the old lady and "hitting", since you accused me quoting the wrong   
   person. Do you know see that the article says the FBI spokeswoman used   
   the word "hitting" in describing the incident?
