   Sorry, Mezei. Them's the breaks. They should have thought of that when they   
   patterned the United Nations after the presidium and politburo, but, they   
   were confident back in those days that the Union of Soviet Socialist Americas   
   was about to emerge. Like everything else, their predictions were a dismal
