   Oh, you have me mistaken for someone else, I'm not the one who will be   
   establishing the new regime in Iraq, but, no, the new regime will not rule by   
   means of torture, rape and slaughter. I realize that simple fact really   
   rankles the old-guard Communists and America-bashers, but, they'd do well to   
   get over it and accept the inevitable successes the allies have achieved and
