   That was never really the central issue.  Just the Bush administration big   
   transparent lie, stupid to the point of being offensive to the folks he   
   was serving it.   
      
   Central issue is, as I said, gratuitous aggression on an irrelvant local   
   despot, coupled with the unbelievable exercise of wishful thinking that we   
   saw.
