   Had you read the entire thread, you'd have learned that the allies invaded   
   Iraq because it was in violation of enforceable United Nations Resolutions   
   and not compliant with the Safwan Accords. Should other dictatorships find   
   themselves in the same situation, they may very well be invaded. The old   
   "it's all about oil" is simplistic nonesense. KM
