   look at the GOP fuss when Hillary Clinton tried to do some of the   
   development of her healthcare plan in secret meetings [and she at least   
   included representatives from many interests ] -- Bush has allowed the   
   development of important policy with input only from his cronies -- and   
   doesn't want those of us who have to live with it to know who wrote it
