   Well, sure.  I believe I hacve said before, it's lucky that the US now   
   have Saddam.  At least they'll have someone to give Iraq back to, who will   
   be ruthless enough to govern it.

   But seriously, sure, there was a qualification to my statement, "except by   
   some ruthless ruler such as Saddam, which is what is needed to keep the   
   Sunnis in control of the rest of them, probasbly the only way to keep the   
   mess under control.   
      
   As to Afghanistan, don't worry, it won't take too longer until we are back   
   to the middle ages.   
      
   Now would be a wonderful time to claim victory and move out, while there   
   remains a semblance of peace and organization.
