   Not the same statement. In any event, it did seem Blix was by no means   
   convinced they had anything serious.

   So? They stated reasons which differed from yours and which happened to   
   make lots of sense. And which the subsequent events have vindicated. Do   
   you have to claim that what they said was disingenuous and should be   
   replaced by your self-serving conspiracy theory?   
      
   Fact: invading Iraq has made terrorism a more serious issue. The world   
   is much less secure than it was before.   
      
   Fact: Iraq is turning into an inextricable mess.
