   Remember, however, that in the Chinese cultural tradition, business   
   (except charter monopolies, a la Mao family salt business) is at the very   
   bottom of the social/ethical scale.  Which means that socially and   
   morally, there is no real difference between what you would see as   
   legitimate business vs. illegal stuff such as smuggling or whatever.
