IAD: They managed to take the beautiful Saarinen design up front and
make it grim and institutional. The concourses are ticky-tacky,
getting to them is a pain.

DFW as a hub: Unbelievably not-designed-or-a-hub-but-stil-
unreconstructed. You don't put a hub into concourses with only one
   side available for planes.

IAH anytime. Place smells like mold and I'm allergic. Food is varying
shades of awful. Too hard to get to.

MSP: Awful H-shape for connections plus a lot of "planes on one side
only." Food selection among the worst in the country unless you want
   fast, fried food.

FRA: Teutonic, institutional, soulless and too big a terminal
   building.

SJC: Overcrowded in one terminal, no jetways in the other. Awful ride
   to rental cars.
