|    terminology help for translator    |

From: paul.compton@berlin.de              Hi all. I am in the process of translation some text related to a German       airport. I need an English term to refer to the section of road       immediately outside a terminal, mostly used for dropping off and picking       up passengers. I have come across "drop-off area" but that seems to       prejudge the purpose and also refer only to the kerbside parking, not the       road itself. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.                     --       Redwine       Hamburg       (previously: Berlin, Northants, Derbs, Staffs, NSW, Tasmania,        Melbourne, rural Victoria, in that and many other orders)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
